Currently impossible, requires a magic spray that isn't fire, ice, or light. No such spray exists in either public nor patreon extended demo.

Go into the water, there is a secret path that will lead to an ice spray. You can use that to freeze the surface of the water.

Also you have infinite jumps in the water.

Find and kill the ghost lady (which you must have already done to enter nekomata form) and hold down and space bar. That will allow you to phase for a few seconds. To the bottom right of the ghost lady's room is some metal bars, so long as you are phased you can go through those.

Clothing damage either requires a whole lot of weak attacks or a few potions to see.

there is a hole in the floor for the room to the right on the first floor. Jump down it and there will be really hard to see blocks in the area the the boss’s phantasma attack can break allowing you to get out. 

there are 3 ways to beat her, the Katana, the fireballs, and the protection charm that will allow all your other weapons to hit her. she has a LOT of health so I found it safest to just use the katana in a jump attack-basic combo-jump slide away

I beat her just outside the katana room but I couldn't access it without her killing me. Luckily I found her to the left of her room at the top of the building

Thanks a lot, I'll try. Though she is blocking the way to where I beat her so hopefully it isn't there :D

so I beat the phantasma ghost but for some reason after I entered the apartment again for the  eye item I found that she instantly kills me when I try to leave again. Is this a glitch or is there some way out of this?
